Viviamo a Palma ma riusciamo raramente a concederci una cena fuori…Fabrick è stata una bellissima scoperta! Oltre ad una cucina creativa e fatta di dettagli e passione, offre una professionalità e qualità nel servizio che non si trova facilmente a Maiorca. 5 stelle e voglia di tornare a provare nuovi piatti!
If I could give it 6 stars I would. Best meal we had in Mallorca. Every single dish was so delicious — the octopus taco and the ravioli were highlights. And very reasonably priced too. Highly highly recommend.
Definitely recommend! An experimental menu with delicious ingredients. The fish tartare and pluma ibérica wow. A 20 min walk from Palma old town 100% worth it. Such lovely staff too.
