Terraza Chill Out is a great setting with a great view and plays a good choice of music; Cafe del Mar. However what let it down on Tues 11.04.17 was there were not enough staff on shift. 1x food waiter, 1x drink waiter 1x kitchen cook. The food didn't come together although ordered within 5 mins of arriving. We waited 1hr 5 mins for 2x salads and then 1hr 20mins for 1x pizza and 1x wrap. The cook that day was not a trained cook as the food was poorly chopped and presented. The salads had so much soya sauce on them that this was all you could taste, the pizza was cooked from frozen as we saw the the cook take it from the freezer and my kids have made better wraps for school lunch. When the pizza and wrap were completed they sat on the bar for 5 minutes with the pizza getting cold, as the 2x staff were busy so I collected it myself. On complaining when paying the bill and asking for a reduction in the bill, I was told that this was not possible and that I should learn to wait longer. Without an apology for poor food and poor service, I cannot recommend Terraza Chill to others.
What a great cafe and juice bar this is. The views are wonderful, and the wall around this shady spot means you are protected from the winds which can really blow up the gorge. The range of juices and smoothies is fantastic, but they also do usual cafe drinks along with pizzas and other light bites. Service was great and friendly, and the cool music contributed to the atmosphere. This is a very good place to hang out and chill out!
Juices tasted like water with smashed vegetables. And the sangira had Rum, so we couldn't drink it and the waiter refused to change for a sangria without rum. Nor did he cancelled it form out bill. The paella was only rice, with few seafood. At last, the service was terrible and the waiters were VERY rude. Don't go there.
On a warm morning after a longish walk to view the bridge we came by this lovely terraced cafe overlooking the gorge. We both chose different flavoured fruit smoothies which were well made and suitably refreshing, albeit a tad expensive. View and surroundings were a big temptation to linger longer!
