Wir waren zum zweitem Mal in diesem Restaurant. Während unser Besuch vor vier Jahren eher einem Zufall zu verdanken war, haben wir uns diesmal bewusst für "Forni" entschieden und den Weg aus Biasca in Kauf genommen. Und wie beim ersten Mal, wurden wir auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht. Das spezielle Menü zum Schweizer Nationalfeiertag war sehr gut ... und natürlich das Personal ausgezeichnet. Für uns steht es fest, wenn man in der Umgebung wirklich gut essen will, ist "Forni" eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, zumal nicht nur das Essen, sondern auch das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmen- keine Selbstverständlichkeit in der teuren Schweiz.
Bei einer Mittagspause wurden wir mit guten Essen verwöhnt. Wenn es sich ergibt, werden wir hier die Karte ausführlich testen. Es ist sicher ein gutwr Tipp.

good restaurant, some exceptional dishes, others less. from my point of view a little expensive in the price quality ratio. I would answer yes, not crying if there was no place. Tips: the measure the wine before pouring it into the glass, although professionally done, stona a lot. If in the cup for disgrace fall a further ml I don't think a drama would be created.
useless to deny it, when behind the stoves there are people that what they do express it with wisdom and passion can only spring a quality kitchen. That's what I and my wife got. I had a chance to have dinner at this restaurant. we opted for the menu: the first dish was a small but good portion, the second dish was very good, as was also sweet. the waiter was very courteous and prepared, offered a great service.
