Leider war das Menü nicht das, was wir eine Woche früher bekamen:insteadPumpkinsuppe oder Rinderbouillon gab es PilzsuppeAnstelle von Brownies mit Eis als Dessert gab es eine "Bratapfel"!(Die Äpfel dienten alle nicht ein Sprudel im traditionellen Sinne - sie waren fast roh und hart)>br/> Auf Nachfrage ergaben relativ häufige Erklärungen)br/> Die Gänse, der rote und grüne Kohl waren köstlich! Und das Personal sehr hart. Wir kommen gerne zurück, aber nicht mehr zu einem solchen Ereignis.
Traditional German restaurant, good environment, our team gathered and enjoyed dinner.
Nice biergarten with a nice variety of traditional german dishes. We ate a potato soup which was really good and pork knuckle jelly which was also really good. Everything was nice but the waiters were a bit slow. We waited for more than 15 mins to be able to pay the bill, but other than this I highly recommend it
Nice vibe, huge beer garden, friendly staff! Needs more vegan options on food menu, but the one they do have is tasty.
Tolle Atmosphäre... gutes Essen. Ich nehme alle unsere Gäste aus der Stadt hierher, um einen Eindruck vom Berliner Biergarten zu bekommen.
I had a bad experience yesterday afternoon with one of the waiters. First it took ages before someone came to me, since I was sitting inside, away from the heat wave outside; then it took ages before they checked on me again. At the end, I did not add a tip and then the waiter (who was already another person than the ones before) was so bold to ask why I did not add a tip. When I just said I forgot and that I will pay next time, he wasn't content and said that I can still pay it now. I have never experienced such an imprudence and insistence for a tip in a place that is already overpriced for the microwaved food they serve. I used to come here before because of the atmosphere and diversity of the menu, but as a principle I am not coming back to a place where I don't feel respected as a customer by staff. By the way, I did leave a tip by the bar for that cheeky waiter. Not that he deserved it. I do hope that a colleague or manager will tell him that this is not the way to treat customers.
Nice place near university. The pizzas and flammkuchen are good. So it is the buffalo wurst. Try to order the typical things.
Sehr schönes Restaurant und freundliches Personal. Wir kamen um 9:30 Uhr an, die Küche war bereits geschlossen, aber Sie können noch eine Pizza bestellen. Pizza war GREAT! In 10-15 Minuten auf dem Tisch, schmeckt ausgezeichnet, Preis im Durchschnitt 12€. Nicht viele Tische drinnen, aber viel draußen, wirklich schöner Garten. Ich würde sicher wieder dorthin gehen.
