The restaurant offers a nice view of the facing mountains, this is amazing. The staff is professional and helpful. On the other hand, it's quite expensive and the menu is extremely short. A bit too much... nice to go on a date for a special occasion but not executional in terms of dishes and tastes.
We had dinner there and the food was very disappointing... Cheese brûlée collapsed with a touch of spoon and there was not much to eat, also we went for chicken and risotto for mains, chicken was small and tasted more like pork, risotto was runny and had a smell of swimming pool. Restaurant manager kindly taken risotto of the final bill but the issue was that we both left the table feeling hungry and with CFR299 bill!!! I have to say the breakfast was wonderful though, great selection and fresh! Unsure why they got the dinner menu so wrong.... Would not return there for lunch/dinner
Once again a great venue for après ski in the vast lounge/foyer. The furnishings are sumptuous and the service excellent, prices strangely enough, for such a grand place are good. The evenings we were there Nunzio was playing the piano. What a wonderful atmosphere he created. Another alternative from the mainstream.
The hotel has really added some sophistication to Haute Nandez and surprisingly is extremely good value. We went expecting to pay top prices for our meal and were actually amazed when the bill arrived because it was almost half what we expected. The food was excellent and service also good but I was surprised that our waitress didn't speak any English-only French. That is my only criticism because for an international hotel one expects to be able to use English every where.That said however, the reception staff spoke excellent English.
We were treated like special clients every time that we've been there. The food is great and to be taste with some time!! great staff..

Very good menu with a choice of international and Swiss cuisine. The escargots and crayfish vol au vents were perfect. Attentive service and good, well priced wine list
Not a lot of choice on the menu. Very few people in the restaurant. Not cosy or nice. The dishes were small.
