I discovered this restaurant a few years ago and remembered it for its very good traditional food. This time, the food remained as delicious as usual. But why such an excruciatingly slow service? I arrived at 18:00, were among the first guests, but left only at 21:00 ! Appreciate that the number of staff is limited post Covid, but spending three hours for dinner is obviously excessive. On a positive note, the waitress was very polite and smiling during the whole evening. Fortunately, the food made up for the slow service. I started with the soup of the day simple and invigorating on a cool evening. As main course, the veal Cordon Bleu remains a highlight generous portion, crispy without being greasy. As dessert I indulged myself with a delicious homemade ice coffee. Huge thumbs up to the post Covid hygiene measures: spotlessly clean dining room and tables, all staff members wearing a mask. I even noticed a waitress disinfecting the menus. That is very reassuring. Despite the very slow service, I keep a good rating for this restaurant hoping it was a one off.
