The food was great! Next time I would get in line and order one of the six daily specials. Once done, I would ask to eat it in. Otherwise, you sit at a table and the line to get take out is moving quickly, while you are still waiting and waiting. Cash only !
The food was absolutely outstanding. The hostess was very warm and welcoming. She suggested dishes that were phenomenal. The Penang curry, the Pho, and their fried rice not to be missed. Also try fried fish with mushrooms which we were too full to sample. Food was very reasonable for Lucerne and casual setting with full capacity was lively. Much better than anything we've had to date. As a family we are partial to more flavorful and spiced food! Highly highly recommend.

They offer an option of buffet (rice and meat/tofu), and if you choose to take another dish during busy hours - you will wait 30-60 minutes for your food. The place has no air conditioning so it was hot. And for the food itself - we ordered two pad-Thai dishes - they were just okay, not more than that.
This place has rave reviews so I wanted to be sure. I went straight to ordering some dish off the first 'menu' I saw. Which was probably the buffet card. Then other folks after me were given an actual menu and told to have a seat. D'oh! I was not made aware of that option or maybe I would have tried something else. So I settled with a beef dish off the buffet menu. The food was okay, but another time I would have to try at least their pho to be sure. So it's 3/5 for now.
I was traveling around Lucerne, and I found this restaurant in the trip advisor. If you are tourist like me, do not go there unless you want to spend 3 hours to eat just cheap asian food in Switzerland. My experience in here, I was waiting for 1 hour in the the line and finally got a table. But again I had to wait behind the line for those who want take-away. This strange and crazy little guy, maybe the owner of this restaurant said take-away people first, and I have to order later. And behave very impolitely when I said I want to order now. I knew that I should go for another restaurant but just to be patient again because of my family. Again we wait for 1 hour to get the food. The food was just like street asian food. Maybe this is cheap in Swiss, for instance, small beef rice noodle costs 17.5 CHF. It is not worth it at all. This restaurant doesnt know how to do service to customer. I dont get it why this is recommended in trip advisor. I would not recommend it to anybody. crazy man!!!!! 부모님이 유럽여행중 입맛에 잘 안맞아하시고 한번쯤은 아시아 음식 드시고 싶다고 하셔서 트립어드바이저에서 찾아보고방문했습니다. 테이블도 몇개 없고 밖에서 1시간 기다려서 주문하려고 하니 테이크아웃하러 온사람들 주문을 먼저 받고 겨우 기다려서 테이블 앉았더니 주문도 안받고 완전 푸대접합니다. 인종차별도 아니고 현지사람들이나 백인들한테는 굉장히 친절하더군요. 음식나오는데 또 1시간이 걸렸고 음식맛은 그냥 그랬습니다.스위스에서는 쌀국수 하나가 2만원이면 엄청 싼 음식인지는 모르겠지만, 스위스까지 가서 2만원주고줄서서 동남아 음식먹는거 비추천드립니다.. 그리고 이 남자주인 정말 불친절 했습니다. 비추천입니다!
Schade dass am Mittag nun 1 Tisch weniger hat die Chancen sind nun noch kleiner einen Sitzplatz zu bekommen wenn man nicht um 11.30 dort ist finde ich schlecht gegenüber jenen die sehr oft dort essen
What a great find for delicious thai/vietnamese food. Order at the counter, take out, or eat at the spot. Absolutely lovely and great sized portions. Thai sate, lovely som tam, and great yellow curry, served with rice and fresh stir fry vegetables. I am looking so much forward to my next visit to taste different dishes.
