First of all, I regret the absence of the qr code normally displayed at the entrance of the establishment, but also the absence of a medical/vaccinal pass check. In fact, the little rossini might become a great rossini, because it is true that the potential of progression exists. Obviously, the establishment, the staff in the room, and in the kitchen there is a real desire to do well, but it is not enough. The decor must be refreshed. at service, the girl is friendly, but too approximate, the drinks are so unfresh, the disconnection of a bottle of water is done in front of the customer, and for an aperitif, an anise drink does not use the drowned glass, the water must be left to the customer's appreciation. the glasses have an unpleasant smell and the cover lacks sharpness. I have not yet understood who is in charge of the kitchen, the boss still visible or his young chef still in the furnace. the entrance, the foie gras home, enjoys a successful kitchen but lack of grip. the great cooking mode of crunchy vegetables. vegetables are fresh and their kitchen is mastered. on the other hand, the meat was not in my taste, because it was not flavored, no maturation or rest, a meat too "friche". at the table was served a rosini turkey, which is far from approaching the original meal, because we do not do as the "excellent" opinions that do not advance things, it was just acceptable, and I will no longer shave. However, there is a real margin of progression before making praises of this dish. There was also a beef fillet with a door-house sauce, but see its taste and setting in the plate for more sharpness. the comment desserts equivalent to all the meal. as soon as we entered this restaurant, small by size but not by its qualities, we were welcomed. the menu is expanded and offers dishes that put water in the mouth, we will come back to spend a night in love. this lunch we discover the menu of the day that is very good quality for a very affordable price. this restaurant apparently frequented by regulars is hot and the staff in small care.
An amazing restaurant. Outstanding food, highest of quality and standards, hospitality unbelievable, so friendly, so caring and just the most wonderful experience. Highly recommended 5 star all the way.
