I was very excited to be treated for a motherday brunch. our server was less than acceptable. I've been a server and bartender for many years and I know how it can be, so I'm very understanding if others could not be. today was completely unacceptable. it was not busy, and we were treated as imitation. our food came cold and I couldn't even tell our waiter because he never checked for us. we had someone else eat and order a drink and another girl brings our drinks. we had to fly someone for our scary. I almost let it go because it should be a special day for mothers. so I hoped one day to be treated nicely and I wasn't. that eating would have been good if it had arrived warm, but I could say that it was sitting out. I'm so incredibly disappointed and I don't think I'm going to be a real one back. my reason for the 2 stars is exclusively on the server we had. it seemed like other groups had a good experience with the waiting staff they had.
eating that after we got it was in order. basic breakfast price, however, the waitress, while nice needs another occupation and I am not sure why eating was so slow out of the kitchen. when we arrived, there was a table of two who just got their food and a table of 7 or 8 who had not yet ordered us another table of two. that is all to treat 2 tables and eat 1. Beverage refills were not present and as we waited for 45 minutes for our food after we had ordered us, we would have needed a refill. orderings for the other table came missing toast and missing speck and missing other spice as well. our commands 2 omeletts, hashbrowns and toast came out without toast. We were 1/2 by our meal before a raw toast came out. hardly roasted and not warm enough to melt the butter. we have been trying this place for several years without great success. today's experience brings this to an end.
I needed a place to have a combination of Easter Brunch and my mother's 86th birthday party for 30 family members who were coming in from MN, IA, CA and TN. This was the perfect place and Lilly was very pleasant and helpful in accomodating me in setting it all up. It was perfect the brunch was great, the party room worked very well, and hotel accomodations were very nice and convenient. Thanks again Lilly!
the brunch buffet is in order. other eating is good, but the service ruins everything good that the place has for itself. Unfortunately, I think that the place is underoccupied and it is simply not worth going there anymore.
