40 Westt Steakhouse

I know there's a lack of personnel in this industry, but sometimes enough is enough. I just have a negative comment on this restaurant. When entering the restaurant, the hostess appeared disturbed by our presence. She confirmed our reservation and POINTED for us to go to the table at the farthest end of the restaurant. This is a big restaurant and it was very busy. She never let the hostess stand. That was a walk. No attempt to accompany us. Hmm. We found our table. They were a service delay, but the manager stepped in and our service and food were exceptional. When Soujean, our waiter was relieved of his other responsibilities, he was the most attentive and gracious server. Both he and the mgr were superprofessional.
