Visited just before going to see Steeleye Span at the Opera House. Food was very good and reasonably priced but some of the beers on offer I thought were a little expensive. Didn't see the chalkboard outside offering 10% off for people visiting the theatre until after...shame that.
Very recommended if you are looking for a modern pub in Buxton that offers different beers from the usual. They offer a wide choice with various craft IPAs and Stouts.
Good food and nice beer. Advise you to book if there's a show on at the opera House.
My kind of bar. Modern, friendly, great range of ales and fantastic food.
