A La Brasa Taberna Mediterranea

My daughter and I had a gorgeous dinner at A La Brasa. It is our first time in Cartagena and we chose the restaurant due to its Trip Advisor ranking. The location and atmosphere are extremely pleasant and the service is caring and effective. Ana and Carlos ensured we had an amazing evening. As for the food, we had the poached egg with asparagus and squid, the carbon smoked tuna uramaki and the tuna tartare. All dishes were true delicacies. Make sure to save some space for dessert. The mango and passion fruit sorbet is delicious!

We were recommended by friends to try this restaurant and found it to be excellent. The menu del día was fabulous value 5 courses 19.5€ including a drink. Bit different from the usual and able to cope with my food allergies. Nice setting, delicious food and great service. Will return on our next visit to Cartagena!

The Tuna and Salmon Nigiri with mango starter really tasty. The steak very good. The Tuna tartar main course very good, prepared at the table, smoking. All adding to the entertainment factor. Nice square where located and overlooking a pond with fish. Service superb.

We had an excellent lunch here whilst visiting the marvelous city of Cartagena. More expensive than the run of the mill fare but definitely worth it. Professional staff and a well run operation.

We visited this restaurant as a family of four, and this was a very pleasant surprise. The Angus sirloin melted on our tongues and the sushi was terrific. Overall a fantastic experience
