I went to this restaurant with 6 friends, we arrived early, it was quite empty, waited over 40 minutes to eat The crêpe claim to be with buckwheat flour so I expected a thin and dark crêpe but it was thick , white colored and dry The ‘crème fraîche’ (sour cream) was super acid , expired for sure I passed my night with stomach pain and still feeling sick the next day and also other people that where with me The waitress didn’t pay attention on costumers , laughing and talking between them self’s Other 30 minutes just to command the ‘crêpe dessert’ we refused to order something more other than a coffee Really disappointed by this poison food I swear positive comments are fake Terrible experience worthing 120 €
Winter or summertime, La Merendella is open every day and does very good crepes, everyone in Ajacccio knows the place and in winter this is one restaurant you know is open to welcome you even when by Sunday in December. And these good cooks look always happy. We often stop there after a walk in the country side or beach before going back home.
We had a sweet and a salty crepe and both were very good. Generous fillings in both. Location is on the beach, which is nice. Overall inside is fine. Good service, gave our little boy a toy to play with. We saw their ice cream desserts and they looked impressive. Not sure how they taste, but would consider them just for the size and look!
The place is nice, the crepes are really good, salt and sweat ones. The service is extremely slow. It’s fine but don’t go there if you have a plane to take after. The waiters were nice with kids. The dessert crepe with « myrte » is amazing.
