A Table! - Tisch reservieren

It is full of hope and enthusiasm, in the sight of the comments, that we went to table last night! and it is full of disappointment that we left. Reservation: very friendly and smiling reception, afternoon reservation for the evening. service: very attentive, but extremely long (the dish served 1h30 after our arrival). The decor: neat in the restaurant and the toilet, but the dressing of the table is summarized: a table set on a plastic table. the table is erected under a plane tree, typical of the small village. The meal: we had two menus: one to 29€ and one to 32€. After a fairly successful mouthing, we had taken a pie with veal filter, yuzu cream and wok vegetables (in the daylight) and herbal spelt risotto, shrimp with sufflé rice, old mimolette. Both entries are missing. the kitchen is fade and lacks terribly taste. mme doesn't finish its scramble after a few bites, a little skewed, my shrimps are half translucent and lack cooking. dishes: mme takes a thyme sauce beef filet (which is replaced without a difference in the menu price by a side to this service, we are warned), grilled eggplants, parmesan crumble and pasta stuffed with artichaud purée with summer truffle shavings. besides the successful meat cooking, there are 3 pasta stuffed with an insipid cream, three truffle shavings and a dish terribly fade, without flavor, and not even seasoned. A brewery serves better grilled meat. My chicken with Asian scents, supreme sauce and panted fried rice with ratatouille is a little more successful but disappointing overall: the chicken net is mellow but the supreme homeopathic sauce, the ratatouille a poëllé of interestless vegetables and the fried rice is hard and not seasoned. The desserts: apricot burger with sorbet for mme (pain hamburger and apricot just grilled without really patisserie work, and pebble cream pie pink, mint and meringue (microscopic) for me, there still without any intêret : destructed pie, pate is fade, the cream of grapefruit The disappointment is all the more so because on Bedouin and in the surrounding villages/towns (caromb, pernes the fountains, mazan, carpentras) for this range of prices the menus in the entrance-plat-dessert of many restaurants offer a truly original and generous cuisine in taste and in the plate.For what we are concerned to avoid.

we had heard good things about this restaurant, on the quality of the kitchen etc.. so certainly the products are cooked but we really stay on his hunger throughout the meal .. really little copyy and a little sad .. our server was nice, but it doesn't catch up with the lack of flavors of the dishes .. in short, quite disappointing.

Misschien hebben wij verkeerde keuze gemaakt maar eten heeft ons echt niet kunnen bekoren. Spijtig. Andere keer misschien beter maar zal niet aan ons besteed zijn. Grts.
