Abuelo's Mexican

So we visited on Sunday after a baseball tournament,and we had a very large group, they put us in the back room, which was fine, we had probably 20 people. We had one waiter to take care of us and who knows how many more tables he had. He was good, but we definitely did not get the attention that we deserved he had no one to help him with drink service or to refill water and drinks. Felt like we were left alone for long periods of time! Like stick them in the back room ! I have been to your restaurant before and also the one in Abilene, never had the kind of service we experienced on this day. Thanks

The wife and I stopped in today and was very impressed. Has a really nice atmosphere and very clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and prompt. The chips and salsa were very nice with the 4 different types and tasty. Our server was extremely nice and really took care of us well. I had the Laredo and my Wife had cheese enchiladas. I ordered a frozen margarita. Everything was very good and fresh. We were both very impressed with the service, food, and experience. Definitely will be back. Good job Abuelo’s

We sat for about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the table at first. The food was mostly good. The chips were soggy from grease. I overheard a table behind me send the chips back for the same reason. The place is pretty dirty. Kinda grossed me out. The wall we sat next to had dust on it. And there were bugs and dust on the windows. Like these areas haven't been touched in a long while.

Am amazing experience. We were just traveling thru, stopped to eat so glad we did. The steak and shrimp fajitas were delicious. The tortilla soup was different but really good.probably the best Mexican food we have ever had. Kim our server was awesome!Parking: Was before the rush so no problem with parking
