Acapulco Restaurant Bar

in general, this is a definitiv an authentic Mexican restaurant, although I have realized in the years I am going; there are a few things on the menu not worth paying attention to because of their own lack of resources from any reason. one is above all the “Steak-Fajitas” from any ground they use ground bark? but the chicken-fajitas should die. To be honest, everything cooked with huh seems to be great in this restaurant. my favourite and dishes are the chicken tacos. the salsa and guacamole are above average and the tortilla chips are decent, but a little too crispy cooked. the verde salsa is phenomenal along with its hotter red salsa. the service sometimes lacks something because of the language barrier when they don't speak Spanish, and when the place is sometimes packed. I have learned from the years, although the bartender/server girls are still very nice. this is one of the better Mexican restaurants that I was, and in any case among the best in the chicken tobacco category. I give them a solid 4 with dach to improve to a 5.

Last night was eating in order, waitress gave my wife mist about a go in with half full bottle polen earlyling. that was after she had just ordered a $15 margarita. my daughter asked for a small acid cream on the side for her tacos, calculated $1.50 for it. bill was $103, which I did not notice was a 18% gratuity was already included in the $103 overall, so I was in a hurry and never saw the bill detail, just gave the server another $30 tip. So now on a $83 total bill, she got a $45 top. she never said a word before I left and I had to go back because my wife forgot her glasses, she never said anything and went to the other side of the room when she saw me. if she had given it up, I would have said, oh that's okay the service and the food was good. that was my second time, but I won't be back. others are careful with the business practices there, and make sure to check their bill carefully in this “family possession” business.

Two waitresses walked over and saw we just came in to the bar. Then they went and sat down at a table for at least 15 minute before my boyfriend went over and asked for a bartender. The bartender with the dark eyeliner is very rude. I said hello to her and she ignored me then looked over at a couple and they all smirked at each other. My boyfriend and I decided to not eat and just get a drink bc of how rude everyone was. I thanked her for my drink and she continued to ignore me and not make any eye contact. As we get up to leave they were all eyeballing each other and smirking and the barmaid refused to look at us or say goodbye. I might as well have walked into a high school with the level of childishness.

this place was very delicious earlier. but today is the last time I ever go to this restaurant. service was terrible and eating was tasteless. none of the servers had any personality, it's like they don't care about us, I could hardly hear how the server bc talks about how low he spoke. they all have settings and it clearly shows. more annoyed us a service size of 18.%, they were just a table of 3 plus my daughter, the server does not deserve it. extremely disappointing to say at least. they had changed their own or something because it had never been like that. They were really great.

We were just there at 650 pm and walked out. The waitress had a nasty attitude just trying to get a seat. We have been there before and had a pleasant experience but the seasoned waitress did not want to be bothered. Leaving this review hoping you hire people who want to work.
