I placed an order online around 6:45pm I thought they closed at 9 pm so I went to go pick it up around 7 to find the doors were locked the chairs were all on the tables and the people inside were sweeping then I saw on the door i saw the summer hours they close at 7 pm so I thought okay no big deal i just placed an order to late and missed my chance to pick it up. On my way I home I get a call from ajain i was on the phone so i decline it but they call again so i picked upI am then greeted with the rudest human being ive ever had the displeasure of talking to they asked if i was going to pick up my food to which i replied I just tried to swing by yall were closed and they kindly replied next time youplace an order call ahead and tell us you are not going to pick it up because we just wasted 20 dollars of food on you and waited twenty minutes on you . I asked her if she would prefer i bang on the door and demand they open up to get myfood and she continued to be very rude to me. Before losing my temper I remembered that arguing with an employee of the subway version of sushi did not serve me much purpose and hung up.
Service ?????????? Very sweet and accommodating staff, ver friendly. Cleanliness ???? The place was very messy behind the counter. The restaurant could use a sweep and mop to say the lease. ALL the tables were dirty even though the restaurant was empty. Taste ???? Some of the worst I?ve ever tasted. Their seaweed nori paper was rubbery and their rice was overly vinegary. I really tied to eat us but couldn?t, it was bad. The friend rice was decent, but it tastedsuper greasy like they poured a bunch of sesame oil in it. The dumplings LOOKED amazing but unfortunately no taste! I wanted to like this place, save your money!
Not sure what the issue was? Brought my friend as a guest and both of us were greeted with poor attitudes, employees on their phones watching Netflix, and being treated like they didn?t have time for us and would rather watch their shows. I?ve only visited twice, but that is the last time after that. Both employees (older lady and younger girl) seemed like they truly couldn?t care less about their attitudes and it showed. For how mediocre the sushi is I trulyexpected at the bare minimum decent service.
Best sushi in town! Atmosphere is nice, service is good, prices are cheap for the quality you get, and the sushi is amazing. For less than $9, you can customize a maki roll to your tastes and it?s made fresh right in front of you. The original tuna and salmon is really good, but I really like the spicy tuna and salmon that they have. Fresh, delicious, fast service, just amazing. Love this place!
