Akasha Restaurant, Bar, Bakery

It was an absolute pleasure dining at Akasha. We had passed by the week before and knew we had to try it out! Their menu is small but the food is incredibly flavorful and delicious. They honored happy hour prices for our cocktails, even though we sat down right when happy hour ended, which was so appreciated! We got the barbacoa taquitos, the chicken parm, the arugula and peach salad, and the coffee ice cream pie, and everything was phenomenal. The staff was very friendlyand attentive from the time we sat down to the time we finished our entrees, it was 45 minutes! Tables were nicely spread out so it didn't feel too COVID crowded. Overall an incredible experience, and I would absolutely come back.

service was standard, could have been better for a not so busy night. The food was nice. The octopus special was really the best! Perfect balance of grilled octopus with a nice white bean base. Had a burger which was cooked nice. It was grass fed which is a plus. The bun was nothing special. The onion rings were unfortunately way to greasy like fast food. Also they didn?t say there was extra charge for onion rings when offering the sides. Overall clean. The water had afunny taste though. Maybe not my first choice but it was pleasant.
