Al CarbÓn Asados

Good afternoon, on 12/4/2022 at approximately 4pm, I was in the Gran Estación shopping center Bogotá, and I wanted to order a barbecue at this Al Carbón asados restaurant. I had a not so pleasant experience, as the potatoes were frozen and looked like they were from the previous day, the meat had an unpleasant rotten taste, the chicken was full of water and tasted foul. I really don't know what happened to them since this same day while I was there, at least 3 people approached me for the same reason and the response from the store staff was to file a complaint and they gave a contact number that was called and said to be out of business. service and invalid. Really, if something is wrong, it is to provide a solution to the client and not try to evade the issue. For now I can't rate them well why I didn't like this experience.
