The woman who took our order didn't take our order and wanted to sell us something else. She also became cheeky and simply ran away and didn't pay any attention to us anymore!!!!!!!!
Pizza ordered courier was at the front door more than 2 hours after ordering! I asked twice and each time I said it was the same, never again!!
If you can't deliver, you shouldn't leave the customer hanging and turn him down. And make notes for the address and time.
