While passing Switzerland we found this place and since alternatives were lacking we took the room. It is the typical “ok for one night hotel”, especially looking at the Swiss prices and comparing with the hotel we had afterwards in Trieste, Italy, you wouldn’t say price/value is fine. Unfortunately that is how it is in Switzerland...
Wir haben hier zu Abend gegessen, weil wir im angeschlossenen Hotel übernachteten und einfach zu müde waren, um uns woanders umzusehen. Das Essen war fantastisch, perfekt weiche Gnocchi, gut gekochtes Fleisch und eine Bedienung, die ihr Bestes gab.
I ran into this lovely restaurant during a little trip. I was stunned by how delicious was the beef fillet ‘alla pioda’ , so good and tasty!! And staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are nearby this restaurant is worth your time.
A fairly comprehensive menu, great salads and reasonable sized portions. Service was rather slow and did speak German nor English , rather surprising as Switzerland is multilingual.
