Al Naseeb - Tisch reservieren

We booked for Al Naseeb a few weeks ago. Was looking forward to it. They lost our booking but still got seated. No problem, it happens. Then waited for 20 minutes before we even got a drinks order. We had to ask to remind them. Gave the benefit of the doubt. Another 20 minutes until food orders were taken and again we had to ask. Then we waited for 45 minutes for starters. Starting to take the mick. At this point it was 1 hour and 25 minutes and we’d only had starters. We queried where our mains were and was told 10 minutes later and 20 minutes later we went to the bar again only to be told “our food is worth the wait and Mount Ghurka and Chandelier can’t complete”. The manager couldn’t explain why other tables seated way after us had all their food and blamed a pregnant woman as why we was shifted to the back of the queue. A drink, a seat, no problem. The whole meal. No. We walked out after 2 hours and went to Mount Ghurka. I’m seated and eaten within 30 minutes, excellent service and amazing food.

I was really upset and disappointed. we've always had a good meal and service here before but tonight ruined that. The Waiter couldn't work out which piece of paper he wanted to write the order on and disappeared half way through ordering to fetch another note pad !!! ?? People were waiting for far too long for meals. Waiters didn't seem to know what was going on. They said it was because it was fully booked tonight and busy but some tables were empty. We had our popodums. And then were offered our bill before our main meal arrived. Some customers were upset with the toddlers noises on a table next to them. This was New Years Eve Night. Not the best time to be taking toddlers to the Indian. These people asked if they could move table but we're told that it was too busy!! Not the fine Dining experience you'd expect from the advertising. I've been here a few times and have had a lovely meal but now I don't think I want to return. Such a shame because the food is actually really good.

Firstly, I will acknowledge that the poor service was noted and we did get 10% discount without even having to ask. That plus the quality of the food means we will return. However, to have to ask for glasses with our bottles of beers wine, to get beer glasses straight from the washer so they were too hot (used the ice in the wine cooler to cool them down! and to see food being delivered to other tables when we’d ordered before them was really annoying. That said, the food WAS good. Very tasty, looked good on the plates and was very much enjoyed by us all. I know the service isn’t normally bad (we have eaten here before but it was so strange that it was practically everything that could be delayed was delayed!

We dropped in on the spur of the moment and even though we hadn't reserved a table the staff made us feel very welcome. Great customer service and fantastic food. What more can I say. A great evening.

Amazing service and amazing service! Staff were friendly ! A really enjoyable night with group of friends Will visit soon
