Albamar LLORET DE MAR

We’ve stayed at Albamar apartments many times and the restaurant has never been open. Finally we saw this week in June that it was opening so we decided while on the beach to eat a lunch. Not sure if it’s because it’s the 1st day of opening but the reception was not overly friendly but even though we hadn’t reserved ina near empty restaurant they found us a table. The options were not brilliant but I ordered a burger with avocado sauce and goats cheese with bravas and my wife a bratwurst sausage with jacket potato. The presentation of the food was not great especially for the price, there was no seasoning on the food at all, both potatoes bland as hell, had to ask for salt, which even at the prices we paid , was a little paper envelope. One plate was just a sausage with a jacket potato still in foil and cream on top and the actual burger was nice but 5 bravas had no sauce and was dry as hell. Very disappointed with the quality of food The waiter was good The beer was good Over priced and not great quality Next time will bring a picnic to the beach and laugh at any poor soul going from the beach to eat, definitely NOT a beach bar

I have been there three times. Two times I ordered paella and one I ordered different. This is just a good place if you have the intention to eat Paella: it is good, not expensive and the views are great. I am Spanish, and I have been eating paella all my life. If you are at that beach and want to eat paella I would recommend this place. However, if you order something else, this place is a joke: the dishes are totally cheap in ingredients and preparation, and, considering that, they are over expensive. One of the dishes we ordered was Spaghetti with Tomato sauce. It was a 10€ joke for which consdering the quantity, presentation and looks, I would not have given more than 1€. I had similar feelings with the other dishes we ordered and others we saw served to neighbouring tables. The service is also a problem. The waiters appear to be young boys who work only during summer holidays, they have no experience at all and you get the feeling they are lost most of the time.

Everything was tasteless and the cost for it was really absurd, the only good thing about the restaurant is the view on the sea but even then, IT WAS NOT WORTH.

Very nice view here and the waiters are doing the job well. For lunch it is a good location and the salad was fresh and tasty

Good for a cold beer and free wifi. I paid 13 euro for some calamares, which was nothing special. Staff was friendly.
