If it would be possible to add an extra star, this would be the restaurant that deserves it. Absolutely fantastic in all aspects. We were so fortunate that we were entertained by the owner Mr. Iñaki. A really generous and warm personality. Everything is great product is local, fresh and so tasty, served with such attention to detail. Staff very friendly and present. Wine list complete. This is a restaurant that should go on your bucket list. It’s definitely worth a detour. I’m will for sure back, whenever I’m in the vicinity. El Restaurante Alhambra en Pamplona conserva el gusto típico de la cocina Navarra y crea nuevas recetas. Algunos de los platos fuertes son la rema de guisantes con perretxikos salteados al aceite virgen, Laminas de espárragos frescos, asados con trufa y nueces confitadas, Crujiente de cordero lechal asado con risotto de hongos y la Sopa de chocolate con helado de azafrán y sésamo garrapiñado. Dispone de una sala principal y varios privados.
Todos los autóctonos de la zona sabemos que es un sitio donde no saldrás indiferente con su comida. La pega? Los precios! A menos que su cartera sea de las privilegiadas en estos tiempos, es recomendable pedir el menú degustación. Es primo-hermano del Europa. Son conocidos por su Torrija!
