We had ordered a table for 8 people for December 25th, 2023. The food arrived after almost 60 minutes, which was okay since the restaurant was full. The food was also very good. We had just finished eating but still had drinks at the table when the owner came and very rudely asked us to pay because he needed the table for other guests. I found that impossible since we had only been there for 2 hours, of which we also waited almost 60 minutes for the food. That was definitely the last time we visited this restaurant.
Were there yesterday for Christmas dinner, no tablecloths or candles on the tables, the salad buffet was missing tomatoes and corn, green leaf lettuce wasn't replenished, the 2 hour window was far too short, everything was loud and hectic, it's a shame that wasn't a thing.
We were there on Boxing Day. Had ordered a table for 1.30 p.m. for 16 people. It was packed. We were able to take a seat at around 2.15 p.m. By the time the food was ordered and came to the table it was 3.30... Food was ok. Absolutely bad planning. Service: 2 Location: 4
