We are here late on a Sunday evening in November. Canet was deserted but they were open and we had a warm welcome. The food was ok but the selection in the closed season is very small. A total of about 10 items. We had a half litre of white wine that was warm but we were bought ice, we also had a cocktail (unusual for us) before dinner and then my wife had squid and salad and I had brochettes of chicken with French Fries. With two coffees to finish the bill was 66 €. Friendly service nut it would have been nice to have a bigger selection. I am sure it will be much wider in the high season.
We wanted a quick lunch before heading off to the airport. We had an excellent but simple meal. We had pan Catalan with serrano as a shared starter. My friend had whole baby calamares grilled and I had an entrecote. Everything was perfectly cooked and presented with excellent friendly service. And a perfect view as well.
Excellent location at the beach walk. Very nice shade under a canapé of trees. Perfect for lunch. Food is good, slightly above average, with excellent preparation, could experiment a bit more though. Decent wine list with nice local wines at a fair price.
The dishes were succulent, very good atmosphere, it was for a birthday and the servers disguised and sang it doesn’t exist elsewhere an atmosphere like that ... really 20/20! All with a smile I really recommend
