Amura (market Promenade Ave)

We wanted to splurge on good sushi from lunch at work instead of one of the run of the mill places and were disappointed here. It looked nice and well prepared but nearly all the seafood used was not good quality. The roll with eel had some tiny pieces of bone and a few spots of either skin or overcooked meat ? that were plasticky and inedible. The crawfish roll was verynoticeably not fresh tasting. Another mixed roll had a huge strip of connective tissue skin-like piece still attached to the fish that hadnt been trimmed away. The 4th roll was just ok, not bad specifically but not nothing special at all and nowhere near what you should expect from this location especially considering their prices.

Lunch Box Extravaganza came with fried green beans, 2 pieces shrimp tempura, ginger salad, spicy tuna roll (8 pc), and a large container with cooked meats and veggies. Yum! Came with chopsticks, silverware, soy sauce, and napkins exactly what I was looking for.

Portions have suffered lately, as well as presentation. Prices have gone up a little so id expect quality to remain. Still solid sushi .. but expect some brownish avacado and poorly wrapped rolls.

The worst sushi Ive ever had. The toppings were hard and the sushi fell apart, taste was way off.

Deluxe Seminole Boat was very tasty and fresh
