The Grom is a Jax Beach beach staple i've been going to for more than a decade. If you like Angie's Subs, this place is for you. While they offer many similar sandwiches as Angie's (is or used to be owned by the owner of Angie's) they also offer an excellent breakfast and lunch/dinner menu outside of just sandwiches. On this occasion, I got three sliders pulled pork, bang bang shrimp, and the Peruvian. All were excellent and never disappoint. My favorite will always be the Peruvian. Same thing as an Angie's Sub, just in a slider. You can also never go wrong with their sweet tea. Always hits the spot! The owner hires local kids and is active in the community. I highly recommend this spot!

Very inviting scenery, Food was good. Lots of sauce options which we enjoyed. Fried plantains were amazing. There was also games to play and interactive coloring books for kids to use while waiting for your food. It did not take long for everything to come out, definitely recommend
The food is fun and delicious! We always get service with a smile and it's a family friendly place to meet. If you're looking for a place to grab some grub before heading to the beach you should give this restaurant a try.
