Wow! This location rocks!!!! We loved everything... EVERYTHEN!!! We waited for a table first... Waiting was a bit. What was formed for the bigger ones. We did. 2 minutes later ordered drinks. That was fast! Then order appetizers and dinners. The Nachos and Mozzarella sticks came quite fast and was delicious....we ate everything. The chicken and shrimp was my order and it came out hot and perfection!! Hubby has a burger. The son has a Quesadilla burger... very good. As I said, I gave up Applebee's earlier this month, but this place has changed my mind. And that was a mostly GUY crew. Wonderful work. Great food and great service experience! Wow! Service 1 star) How it started: Since the time we got seated to the time someone came to take our order was no lie 45 minutes. The bartender was our waitress and she said that she did not see us smh. A guy at the bar had to tell her that we were here at a table waiting to be served. 1 star) We got a drink that was the a special they had for Halloween. It was not that great. We ordered the bourbon shrimp and chicken with garlic mash potatoes. This was actually very good. The chicken was very moist and tender. Also the lemons were old and slimy
Late snack after ballgame (10:30). Had chicken quesadillas. Friend had boneless wings and wonton tacos. All three very good. Restaurant was clean. Service was slow....due to few waitresses trying to cover entire restaurant. Our waitress, once we were seated, was friendly and order taken and food to table fairly quickly. Seems same issue that I encounter quite often these days....unable to hire add'l people for shifts.
Steak was overcooked, but the manager ensured that it was replaced and was super apologetic and beautiful. We had to redeem ourselves properly and make it a better experience. This was the first time I had a bad steak there and it wasn't busy, but they were short employees. Because of the manager and the server would still go back.
