I had not been to Applebees in a long time. After a long road trip my friend and I decided to swing in. My burger was great! My friends Long Island Ice Tea was great as well. One thing stood out. The customer service was tremendous! They were COVID conscious, friendly, professional, and attentive. I wont wait for so long again. I support small businesses and owners. I also support franchisee owners as well.
This is my local Applebee’s and I’ve never had an issue here! The staff are super polite and friendly, checking in regularly to make sure you are enjoying your meal. They’re also super quick to remedy any minor inconveniences! The food is always wonderful and my fiancé and I LOVE the margarita’s here! 11/10 would recommend!
My husband and I ordered the double crunch bone in Asian wings and chicken won tons. They were fantastic! I ordered the crispy chicken salad and I sent it back. Chicken was a little too crunchy or overcooked for my taste. The server Lauren was awesome, friendly and attentive. Will go back again.
