It was recommended to me to visit here in Metz to taste some of the finest of French cuisine with regards to crêpes. Usually in anglophone terms we would thing of a crêpe (pancake) as a dessert however here be prepared to try many different flavours of salted crêpes served alongside delicious fresh salads or you can opt for some meat dishes as well. Also a highlight would be their house cider, fresh and organic reminiscent of the Brittany region, the home of French cider. For dessert of course there is a wide selection of crêpes or waffles, a personal recommendation would be the Kinder Crêpe which even those less fond of sugary delights will enjoy. Finally this could be followed up by a digestif. The restaurant itself is also located right next to an artificial water display making you feel perhaps as if you were dining on a lakeside and this is perfected with a beautiful display of everchanging fountain patterns that is symbolic of the 'Waves ' shopping area. The music too is also relaxing and timeless, the staff very welcoming and eager to help you achieve your perfect dining experience. In short, you need to go there!
