originally ordered bacon Big Cheesy Bacon Burger combo with large curly fries and large peach lemonade 4 Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea. and 2 sides of Cup of Cheddar Sauce . Dasher contacted me and said the arbys did not have the burger or any burgers and would I like something else...fine Im sick and hungry and I need to eat something I told dasher Id take a half pound roast beef no red ranch sauce in place of the burger. Dasher promptly brought order to me fries roast beef and Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea. were not hot or warm and I could taste the sweet red sauce on my sandwich even tho I asked for it with out it. I did NOT receive marinara sauce for my Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea. and Did NOT receive any Cup of Cheddar Sauce even though I additionally paid for 2 of them at 1.00 each. dissatisfied and disappointed but atleast I ate something.
The Double Beef and Cheddar and the Ruebens are savory and delicious. It was my first time getting the mint shake, it was most excellant !. Arbys makes the best mozzarella sticks around. Id love to see a pork sandwich with lots of garlic onion, and pork gravy. and a big BLT. in the future. Would alsu like to see the Fresh sandwich chicken pecan and grape be available all year round. I may never have to get dfast food from anywhere else.
Lilian was very rude and inconsiderate. They just do your food however they want because its through Doordash and your not there to check it. I made a video of a large fry that literally was half full. My sandwiches were made so sloppy. It was close to closing time as well so maybe that affected it but her customer service was extremely horrible. she didnt care and just saying contact Doordash.
My classic beef and cheddar was cold and had no sauce. The bun was hard and the roast beef was just thrown on not put on, and the drink is water down and flat. And the door dasher left the food right in front of the door so I knocked the drink over.
