Arby's - Tisch reservieren

We went to pick up a mobile order that had a regular shake in it, the older lady told us it would be about a 20-30min wait so i asked if we could substitute the shake. She said yes and we got a lemonade instead. She handed us the smallest size lemonade they had and i asked if we could get a large one to make up for the price difference. But she said they were the same price of 3.79! I thought that was wrong so after i pulled out i checked the price online and a small was 2.79. Kind of upset she didn't give us a large for the inconvenience and especially since the large was the same price as the shake. Didn’t go back to correct it. Just maybe make sure employees know the prices of everything.

Zero stars, gets my order wrong every single time, filled my fries up a third of the way, food was unwrapped and old, 10 minute wait for fresh fries that came stale and old. Have to repeat my order over and over because of negligent staff. Cold food. Do not waste money or time here.
