Arigato Japanese

Arguably the best sushi in town. Don 't let the modest decor fool you. Kang 's attention to detail, preparation and consistent excellent quality is amazing. The menu selection is extensive and the prices reasonable. Kang 's sushi rice--perhaps the most critical component of sushi--is always spot on--not something I can say about some of the other places in town. I took a friend to Arigato for lunch and he commented to Kang that the sushi rice was 'perfect. ' High praise coming from my friend, who had lived in Japan for several years.

So good sushi and sashimi!!! Quiet restaurant but the host/hostesses very pleasant. Their listed phone number on Google might need to be updated but if you are in the area, great local option if you are craving Japanese. The salmon sashimi was melt in your mouth delicious. Loved the unagi roll as well. Food: 5 Service: 5
