Must try if in the area. Seems to be very popular with the locals so get there early. From my understanding they only cook a certain amount of beef and pork per day so the later you get there the less quality meat you get.
had lunch with several friends and very enjoyed eating. we ordered the Mixto plate that had momona bark and several other sorts of sausage and pig. very good service and the taste was great.
