Nothing wrong with the food but no wow factor either. Set menu delivered conveyor belt style with no time between courses to rest and enjoy. The waiter was polite, efficient and pretty much without any emotion. You kind of felt they couldn 't wait for you to leave.
Very nice place for lunch. Try a little piglet as well as a dessert. Home red wine is great. You need a booking or is waiting a lot. I take one star down the long wait. There is something to be desired about the organization.
it is exactly what we were looking for, a place for cochinillo that was really delicious with a little tasty sauce. we had a menú segoviano de la casa and a menú degustación.
more cozy place, just a few tables. very good service (we were quite picky and they were not freed, price didn't change at all) and very good eating.
