WOW! What an incredible experience from start to finish. Booking the table (at the last minute) was effortless. Staff were very accommodating. There was ample secure parking and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We were greeted immediately on arrival and looked after well throughout the meal. The manager even came over to say hi and check on us. The staff are such amazing ambassadors by far the best service I've experienced in a long time! The food was to die for. Absolutely delicious. There were several vegetarian/vegan options for me and my husband enjoyed the steak. We'll definitely be repeat customers. Thank you all for making our anniversary so enjoyable.
The meal was the worst I've ever had at a Restaurant and will not return until things drastically change. The young staff were excellent. We had a refund which was a small percentage of the bill. I asked the cashier where the deduction came from, when she told me it was the service charge I said that was unfair it wasn't the staff at fault here but the food and asked her to put the service charge back on. A very disappointed evening
Fabulous meal last night Staff were excellent from arrival to when we left We had a mixture of starters .steak . linguine And desserts It was nice and busy with a collection of all ages which makes a good restaurant Wine was good served in sparkling clean glasses Also a good supply of water for the none drinker ME I recommend you try restaurant 178 it never lets us down .
We came for afternoon tea the staff went above and beyond to help us. I have an allergy had phoned ahead with this. The food was lovely- my husband said better than the ritz. A special mention to our waitress Shannon who was simply amazing. Congratulations to all the staff.
