I discovered this restaurant thanks to the noonpass and in view of the opinions, I was very excited about going to dinner. but apriori the usual chef should not be in the kitchen or then the positive reviews are false. We would have had a short-size dinner, it would have been much better!entrance: Smoked salmon heart, fresh cheese mousse and spitting Swedish breads = laid in the plate: 4 squares of unsealed and unsmoked raw salmon, immangeable, tasteless foam, small breads ok.Plat: poached with coconut milk, crushed with fresh potatoes and fresh potatoes Dessert: raspberry chocolate dome, chocolate-caramel crunchy, caramel butter salé coulis = enhanced chocolate dome filled with chocolate mousse with 3 raspberries on the side and a caramel treat at the bottom of the plate. I'm still looking for the crunchy chocolate caramel... is definitely not worth the displayed price of 9 €. a positive point, the bread served is very good. We were not the only ones to be disappointed, a couple refused to pay the full bill, followed by an altercation with the server. atmosphere !bref very disappointed by this restaurant which is clearly not at the level of the prices displayed, the cuisine of the chef rabanel is far, very far.
