Great little take away in Castelnau Le Lez. Topping combinations are well thought out and the base is thin and crispy and light. If you don't see quite what you want, the owner is happy to switch out toppings or do half half even. Great Italian pizza. Very friendly service. Owner gets to know you and your order fast so that there is often no need to say your name when you place the order.

By the way in the region, I looked at the reviews and I'm not disappointed, Very good pizza, copier and very nice staff. The small plus the tiramizu, artisanal beers and wines.

Very good quality pizza, the only pity is that you have to pre-order well ahead because they are so busy. I wish they opened another shop or two.
