We had come to eat at the time of the former owners, who was already very good with the season choices. But! The new owners really bring something more! More refined, more original and technical. We took the menu of the horizon in 5 services (menu adapted to the season), the choice of dishes is rather original (not necessarily suitable for all, I would say book the opening of the gastronomy) The arrangements of the dishes sound very balanced, even perfect! Quality and taste are at the rendezvous!! The service is also of high quality, the choice of the cellar is good (a small can dear to MY taste). I wouldn't be surprised that he wins a star with their kitchen qualities is service. Our respect for the chef, cooks and waiter

Superb meal, the menu in 5 is delicious, mixtures of flavors and textures very well worked. The room staff is coming, professional and friendly! The wine map was well done. The references have been chosen with taste by the room manager at whom you can find valuable advice! Congratulations to the chefs for the quality of the services! We'll see you again!

We had a good meal. It's the second we're coming and we'll come back: We chose the surprise menu in 3 dishes. That was awesome! The meat was tender and the sauce fell to the ground... The service is impeccable. We can only recommend this restaurant;
