Auberge de la Rose

This restaurant has been recently refurbished and the decor and ambiance were excellent. It is very different from when we went some years ago - new owner ? We visited for lunch and there was a choice of menus as well as a la carte. We were with friends and just needed a simple lunch but it was superbly cooked and the service was excellent. It was also very good value ! We will return when next in the area.

Our normal resturant closed on zmonday so gave this a try. Parking easy and pleasing welcome. A few in and service prompt. Decor unmemorable. Food middle of road and actually undistinguished light on flavour, bite and presentation

Visited this restaurant twice last year. They did a lovely plat de jour. Very well presented food and well cooked. Parking across the road and some tables and chairs outside in patio area.
