I live close to this restaurant and I'm lucky I can go there regularly. The food is excellent, everything is homemade. Many kinds of tartars are to be tasted (viande, fish,) cut at the minute and always very fresh.At noon the dish of the day at 18 chf is always composed of an entrance and a dish (copyy and fine), or a dish and a dessert. the staff is very friendly and professional; waiting is short before being served. If you have the opportunity to come, you can also enjoy it to visit the mediceal center of St-Prex and its beautiful lake edge. on the other side of the road enjoy :o)

If I'm asked, the answer will certainly be the inn of the union. friendly service, pleasant setting and dishes that treat the eyes like the stomach. the service has a good rhythm and the politeness is to be put in the room as in the kitchen. Note that the restaurant has a room that can close to the rest of the guests, ideal for celebrating an event or holding a session. Let's still point out the possibility of providing home foie gras during the end of the year.

For a municipal inn, it's the opposite of a school canteen. an excellent address. an address where I've always felt like home, except I can't cook!

a kitchen with flavors that come out of the ordinary, especially in tartars. Very beautiful veranda.
