Auberge des Lacs Bleus

Just moved to Clerac and this is our local restaurant/bar - how lucky are we? Have eaten here regularly and the food is always first-class - and very reasonably priced - a three course lunch with wine for 12 euros. The owner and his wife are delightful and the ambiance is friendly. They play fabulous blues in the evening. There's free wifi for patrons. Now tat the sun is out, there's a bug terrace so you can eat outside, plus the bar and two restaurants. Can't recommend it enough!

Nous étions amenés à loger dans cette auberge dans le cadre d'un mariage à Clairac. Le cadre de cette petite auberge est magnifique. La terrasse permet de prendre le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner au soleil ou à l'ombre selon son choix. Le personnel est très chaleureux et arrangeant. Et en plus on n'y mange bien.Je recommande donc cette petite auberge.

We stopped at the motorhome aire near the pond for the night and came across this gem of a restaurant on a walk around the village We were a group of four adults and all opted for the four course set menu and were not disappointed every course was excellent

Not a lot of restaurants in the area and this is clearly the best. The lunch set menu is well priced and if you go for the plat du jour you won't be let down. The outdoor seating area is very nice in the summer months.

Très très bon !! On a fait un détour pour y manger un midi: ça valait le coup. Repas en terrasse au calme et très bon.
