Auntie Anne's - Tisch reservieren

This is the most chaotic place I’ve ever seen. There were more employees in the kitchen than there were customers waiting in line. While we were waiting in line we could tell that the staff were struggling so we changed our order to something we could see they had a stack of in the case ready to go: classic pretzels. There shouldn’t have been a wait. Yet somehow it still took us almost FIFTEEN MINUTES to have pretzels in our hands. There was an employee who appeared to be in charge of expediting who spent the whole time standing there staring blankly at tickets, obviously with no clue what was going on around her. Pretzel was just okay I suspect it would have been a little better without the wait.

Expensive not very friendly. Our $7 drink lid wasn't on correctly. Drink spilled they offered nothing. Next to close in this nearly vacant mall perhaps? :

It took 45 minutes for us to get our order. It was one cup. Several people got their orders before us. No apologies or anything. Crazy.

Its pretty good but the chesse was really bad. it came in a cup and it tasted really gross
