While travelling down A1 from France to Italy we stopped for a break at this place. Now our experience of motorway food in North France is not good and worse than British (except Tebay! if that were possible so our expectations were not high. What a surprise! From minute we walked in people said hello (albeit in German! and the place had a freshness about it. The food was divided into various areas, salads, grills, etc all which looked fabulous. There was a variety of different drinks, alcoholic and non, together with a selection of freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Had a look at the menu and prices were very reasonable compared to British. Too early for lunch which was a great regret but the coffee and cake made up for it. There was a great childrens ' play area outside and they had there own menu. All our service areas should be taken there to see what they should be providing and what motorway services should look like. We will definitely be back and as this is part of a chain Marche Restaurants we will try out those on way back up to France.
Ich hielt hier für Essen auf dem Weg nach Italien im letzten Monat. Das Essen war absolut lecker. Ich hatte Bruschetta, die super lecker war, und einige Fleisch und Kartoffeln damit zu gehen. Das Fleisch und die Kartoffeln wurden in einer Art Sauce/Kream bedeckt und waren sehr lecker. Ich bin nicht sicher, was das Fleisch war Schweinefleisch oder Truthahn möglicherweise? Sehr nett. Ich würde alle drei Dinge empfehlen, die ich gekauft habe, und werde wieder dasselbe haben, sollte ich hier jemals wieder aufhalten, was ich zweifellos irgendwann in der Zukunft auf meinem Weg nach Italien werde. Es war teuer, aber das ist typisch für die Schweiz.
We stopped here as this used to be one of the nicer motorway restaurants, but we were disappointed by the choice of food, and rather shocked that we were charged CHF 6,95 for a tiny portion of 6 potato slices. The playground outside is also not as appealing as it used to be, though the terrace is still nice. It would be great if the restaurant were to be back to its previous standards soon....
Nicht die größte Auswahl an Frühstück, sondern endete mit einem schönen herzhaften Speck Muffin. Starker Kaffee nicht billig bei £3,50 pro Tasse. Platz könnte mit einem sauberen Update. Hat sich nicht in Joint-Loos geschlagen! Das Personal war sehr nett.
