Here's a table that deserves its greedy bib. There are nicely arranged dishes, very good outfit, combining freshness and know-how, for a reasonable price (32 euros the three-course menu). glass wines are a little expensive (6.50 euros), but they have clearly been gleaned by the owners of the place, who are not eager of wise advice to guide your choice. service is effective without being intrusive, smiling and predictive, perhaps a little bit gumted at times. in the room, the boss folds nevertheless in four to be useful and pleasant. one could only regret a slightly too sober frame, without real decoration, and the table furniture without charm. a good address that, out of greedy bib, would match my sense to a two upper forks, for those who rely on the symbols of the red guide.
why it is not possible to put 6 stars out of 5 ? all is just excellent in this restaurant. an outstanding professionalism of the reception, service, cuisine from the mouth to the coffee.Oenological advice is excellent and allows us to discover new wines while sublimating the dishes they offer. they also allow us a boldness in the foods and wines agreement and we are satisfied with these new taste ideas. The proposed map is clear and diverse and affordable. It would be a shame to come to angers without spending a moment that will undoubtedly be exquisite.

superb table with a fresh map! little heart for the tataki entrance of white tuna and the rattles of calfs are adorable and a real happiness for the taste buds, the menus are not really expensive simply the drinks make quickly climb the note so late evening we will return! thanks to the teams
