Hotel Bad Murtensee, Restaurant See la vie

we arrived last Friday night at 9pm without reservation. there were two tables (one small to two people near the wall of the establishment and one second ready for 4 people on the other side either on the best side of the terrace on the lake side. We're waiting to be placed. the person hesitates for a few moments to finally give us the small table whose surface does not allow to place the bottle that was ordered to the point that the service staff could finally benefit from the departure of a couple behind us to place the bottle there. 15 minutes after we arrived a second couple who benefited from the table to 4... Beyond this small detail, the service was good, the quality of the products also. the price was fairly high but the establishment can afford it given its location on the lakeside.

Wir waren Ende Juni an einem sehr schönen Nachmittag dort. Wollten nur etwas kleines essen und nahmen einen Salat und Flammkuchen. Erst war Bedienung unfreundlich und gelangweilt, der Salat wurde in Plastik Behälter wie im Fast Food serviert mit Fertigsauce. Brot gab es dazu nicht, der Salat war gut aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist leider ungenügend. Flammkuchen war gut, preisliche jedoch zu hoch. Schade für ein so schönes Plätzchen, wo sich doch Touristen wohlfühlen sollten. Wir als lokale Bewohner hoffen doch, dass wir in Zukunft einen besseren Service erhalten werden.

nach längerer abwesenheit waren wir wieder einmal im beachhouse. die bestellte portion pommes entsprach jedoch nicht dem, was wir vom beachhouse gewohnt waren. alt, zäh, ungeniessbar. die reaktion des personals auf unsere reklamation war, dass das nicht möglich sei. nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.

Wir hatten Fleisch bestellt ,obwohl das Restaurant am See liegt. Das fFeisch war sehr zart und die Beilage sehr gut. Der Wein war auch sehr gut
