One of the worst kebab of Mantes, establishments I frequent and test regularly and every turn in 30 years. Moreover, to be noted: most kebabs (Grecs frequented since the first appeared at the beginning of the 1980s (example St Michel district in Paris , and now more than once at the expense of quality, have fallen well (via the choice of original types of meats entering the composition of the real dönner, and their cooking (e.g.,). : not cooked, or too much: dried to burn, size of breads and reduced portions, flavors, industrial sauces, etc... are wrong to the true pros traders and cuisine of these regions-country however excellent, if carried out in the rules of art. Rare. Here: Apéro served with the main dish, and after re-launching, at the end of 15 minutes while there were only two customers sitting, and 3 people present...but there are nerd smartphones... Meat of the kebab döner with 3/4 dry burnt, with ends limit rance, fries with a suspicious and unpleasant taste: you must really be hungry. No wonder, because, like almost all, does not respect, among other things, the legislation/hygiene D.D.A.S.S. regarding, for example, the döner that rotate or remain impassible, in place all day long... Ultimate and last passage. I regret Mehmet's ex-Bosphorus next door!
