This is the hole in the wall that was Noodle box, so it sits about 20 people. Decor does not seem to have changed much. Ordered some bao and a ramen. Bao were pillowy soft and all were delicious, we had the Taiwanese pork belly, pork meatball banh mi, and a black bean. Unless you are a bird, 3 bao are unlikely to fill you up and, and $12 for 3, things could get expensive. However, the ramen was big enough for two to share. Noodles were delicious, with a slight chew to them. Broth was rich and flavorful with a roasted, caramelised, and perhaps slightly burnt chilli flavor. The tofu is the only one I have ever had that I liked (I hate tofu). Absolutely exceptional. When we mentioned my wife was a vegetarian, they were only too happy to run through the menu and explain all the items that could be made as a vegetarian option. Overall, a fantastic lunch, and we will be back with the family to explore some of their other dishes.
