Arrived back in the camp with the family at about 21:00 and managed to get a table for 21:30. Was not sure what to expect being a campsite restaurant but boy was I surprised. : The service was excellent and not rushed, the wine list was lovely and very well priced, the menu was exciting. When the food arrived, it was well presented and execution was perfectly done. Not at all what we expected and most welcome. Standard was very high and the kitchen knew how to cook fish keeping it simple and tasty !! Well done to all and even if not staying on the camp, it's worth a visit for a great meal !
Although on a camp site this is a good restaurant. It is in an attractive courtyard type area. With proper tables and chairs and decor reflective of the region. The food was much better than expected, the only bad item was a kids pasta that had not been tasted and was vinegary. But the adult mains were very good and the standard much higher than at other campsite restaurants we have visited. We had tuna tartare, grilled squid, duck breast, steak, all very well cooked and presented.
We visited this evening at 7.50 and were told no tables available although there was plenty of space. Returned after 40 minutes as instructed and rudely shown to a table. Waited 20 minutes and no sign of a menu. Staff rude and disinterested. Go to the take away much better service and staff.. I suggest you don't bother with this restaurant
Great location on the site close to the main stage where all entertainment takes place in the evening. Need to book during August as difficult to get table at last minute. Fabulous camp site with great facilities for all
